To order a product online, navigate the web site to the product page of your choice and specify a quantity in the appropriate input box. Quantities must be integers greater than zero. While on the product page, also specify any options if applicable. To validate the quantity and options you have selected and add the item to your order you must click the ADD TO ORDER button.

Each time an item is added, the order summary is displayed. On the order summary page, you have the option of removing individual products by clicking the DELETE button. To validate and process any quantity changes you must click the SUBMIT QUANTITY CHANGES button.

From the order summary page, you have the option of returning to the previous page by clicking CONTINUE SHOPPING or proceeding to the checkout area by clicking the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button. On the checkout page, where billing and delivery information is collected, the order grand total is displayed including shipping charges and sales taxes. Once you have reviewed your order and filled out all required form fields you can submit your order to our secure server by clicking the SUBMIT button.

While online requests may be submitted anytime, we process and fulfill orders business days only, 9AM to 5PM. Deliveries are also scheduled Monday to Friday as such, excluding holidays. Perishable baskets are shipped on Next Business Day service Monday to Thursday.

Orders received before 10:30 AM Monday to Friday are processed same day. Orders received after this time are processed the following business day.

Examples:

An order submitted 10AM Thursday for Next Business Day delivery is processed same day and delivered Friday.

An order submitted 2PM Thursday for Next Business Day delivery is processed the following business day (Friday) and delivered Monday.

An order submitted 2PM Thursday for Standard delivery is processed the following business day (Friday) and delivered within 2 to 6 business days.

At present time Atelier Oliver Scarlett ships exclusively to addresses within Canada and we cannot ship to a P.O. Box; packages require a street address including suite numbers and the receiver's telephone number.

The majority of products are delivered through FedEx Canada and are subject to the carrier's Guarantees and Service Explanation. Some orders delivered in the Metropolitan Montreal Area are handled by a specialized local carrier. Questions or comments regarding either service should be referred directly to Atelier Oliver Scarlett at: service@oliverscarlett.com.

In an effort to ensure optimal freshness and to preserve the presentation quality, certain perishable food-based products are subject to additional limitations and restrictions as outlined below:

  • Epicurean items packaged in traditional open wicker baskets (e.g. The Classic, Something Savory, Tea and Sympathy) as well as fresh flowers are subject to special handling and are available for shipping on the Next Business Day service within the Metropolitan Montreal Area only.

  • Other perishable Epicurean offerings packaged in closed boxes, hampers or crates (e.g. The Montrealer, Li'l Goodies Box) are available for shipping nationwide, using the Next Business Day shipping method.

  • All other items may be shipped Next Business Day or on Three Business Day service.

Parcels damaged or otherwise compromised during shipping and handling can be returned for refund or exchange at the expense of Atelier Oliver Scarlett.

Though we aim to provide authentic depictions, Atelier Oliver Scarlett will exchange or refund any product with which receivers are not entirely satisfied, within a 14-day period following the purchase date. Simply follow the procedure outlined below:

1. Returns and exchanges are handled through Atelier Oliver Scarlett and requests should be made by e-mail at service@oliverscarlett.com.
2. We will provide you with a return code and mailing address.
3. Upon receipt we will credit the card used for the purchase or ship a replacement product.

At present time, the website oliverscarlett.com does not handle multiple ship-to addresses. The order cycle must be repeated for each unique ship-to address.

Atelier Oliver Scarlett has an obligation to collect and remit the Goods and Services Tax (GST) and the Quebec Provincial Sales Tax (PST) on every purchase. In accordance with the law, the GST is levied at a rate of 5% of the grand total including shipping charges and the PST is levied on the grand total after GST.

Atelier Oliver Scarlett accepts VISA and MASTERCARD as payment for orders made through oliverscarlett.com. In certain circumstances, such as corporate orders, alternate arrangements can be made by contacting us at: service@oliverscarlett.com.

Client card information must be inserted on the order form and submitted along with the order. Upon receipt of the order, the transaction is pre-authorized on the client card. Credit cards are only charged once orders are shipped.

In accordance with industry trends and approved business practices, sections of oliverscarlett.com are hosted on separate servers depending on encryption requirements.

Since encryption noticeably impairs website performance, it has been limited to the orderform page, where billing and delivery information is gathered, and the transmission of that information to our servers.
